Romancing The Office Cubicle with Mr. Frapu

"Salarymen" like me ... is always being chased by the deadline namely rush and ultra fast job request, endless revision, countless pitch, demanding and totally-lost irrational (CENsoRed), and the list goes forever on and on (sigh but still smile).

That’s why when it comes to affection and flirt ... it’s not gonna hurt if we could find ‘em not too far and still within the context and complexity of our professional life.
Of course ... movies ... specially the larger-than-life charismatic character would be the ideal candidate(s) to start romancing the office cubicle .
Begin the beguine ... er the romance ..... :) (Note : fiction and reality is only a thin line ... right)

1. Alice Cullen (as portrayed by Ashley Greene in Stephanie Mayer Twilight Saga).

She’s the younger version of Martha Stewart ala vampire clan. Happy go lucky fella that wants everything to be flawlessly perfect and nice. She’s the ultimate purveyor in taste and style and always drive uber nice cars.

2. Alex Goran (brilliantly executed by Vera Farmiga in Up in The Air).
Tons of frequent flyer miles to go anywhere, everywhere, posh lounge and 5 stars accomodation included plus no strings attached. Too marvelous to be true ... From now on ... I should practising “break the ice” conversation Clooney style.

3. Betty Draper (immortalized by January Jones in Mad Men series).
Should I dress as the under-stated, non chalant, sleek “sales man” to win her heart????? Or asking a piece of her sultry golden hair as the token of get-together-first-time-date??

4. Tilo (perfectly dramatized by Aishwarya Rai in Mistress of Spice).
Knowing someone that is able to see the lives and desires of ours ... would it be nice or not nice? Bonus side : browse and peruse Tilo exotica-natura herbs store .... it’s like going to ancient bazaar in a far far away land .... it’s a visual feast and sensory extravaganza! (Read the book too ... you would fall in love with Chitra Banarjee Divakaruni !)

5. Summer (Zooey Deschanel personified her so vividly real).
Complicated, innocent, sinful, plays hard to get but once attached it’s so hard to let go ... Reminding your true self? :))
